Description

Wonderfully good lava cake with Belgian chocolate. Easy to prepare and tastes heavenly warm with a scoop of ice cream.

Application
Prepared directly from frost. Warm preparation: Remove
the plastic packaging before heating. Oven: preheat to 180°C
and warm for 12 min. Then let it rest for approx. 5 minutes
Microwave: 1 min. 30 sec. at 900 Watts or 2 min. at 750
Watts. Then let it rest for approx. 5 minutes Cold preparation:
Thaw the product in the refrigerator and serve when the product is
thawed. Shelf life after thawing 2 days in the refrigerator.

Storage
Deep frost ‐18°C ‐ best before date on packaging. May not
refreeze after thawing.

Ingredients
eggs, sugar, chocolate 16% ﴾cocoa mass, sugar,
emulsifier: soya lecithin - flavors: natural
vanilla flavor ﴿, wheat flour, butter, margarine ﴾unhardened
vegetable oil ﴾palm, coconut, rape﴿, water, emulsifiers:
mono‐ and diglycerides of fatty acids, acidity regulators
agent: lactic acids, carotenes, natural aroma from butter﴿,
cocoa powder. May contain nuts
