Application
Preparation: Thaw the product for 3 hours at
room temperature ﴾19‐21 °C﴿ or for 12 hours in a refrigerator ﴾max.
5 °C﴿ followed by 1 hour at room temperature ﴾19‐21 °C﴿.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for min. 15 minutes to one
core temperature of min. 75 °C.

Deep frost -18°C - best seen before then
