Cheesecake on a crispy biscuit base with a panna cotta flavored cheese mousse. Decorated with a raspberry glaze.
Made with Italian ricotta cheese.

Application
Thaw in the refrigerator 6-8 hours before use. Durability after
Thawing 3 days in refrigerator.

Storage
Deep frost ‐18°C ‐ best before date on packaging. May not
refreeze after thawing.
