Description

Grandma's pie has its origins in Italy. Tart with cake cream, decorated with almonds,
pine nuts and icing sugar.

Application
Thaw in refrigerator 6-8 hours before use. Durability
after thawing 3 days in the refrigerator.

Storage
Deep frost -18°C - best look before date on
packaging. Do not refreeze afterwards
thawing.

Ingredients: Cake cream: water, sugar,
whole milk, modified starch, butter,
vegetable oil (palm), aroma,
preservative: E202, emulsifier: E471,
salt, colour: E160a. Short pastry: wheat flour, sugar,
vegetable fat and oil (coconut, sunflower),
water, egg, salt, emulsifier: E471, raising agent:
E503, acidity regulator: E330,
preservative: E300, aroma, colour:
E160a. Cake base: wheat flour, eggs, water, sugar,
starch, dextrose, skimmed milk powder,
dried glucose syrup, aroma, emulsifier: E471,
raising agent: E450 and E500, colour: E160d,
E100. almonds (3%) and pine nuts (3%)
Icing (garnish): dextrose, sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable oil (palm, coconut,
babassu), wheat starch, flavourings.
