Description

A two-layer cocoa cake with light cake batter and dark cake batter, smeared with a vanilla flavored cream and decorated with small cookie pieces. A popular variant which is inspired by the American cake trends. 
Tip!: If the cake is cut into 5x5 cm, it makes 20 portions.

Application
Thawing approx. 3 hours at room temperature. After thawing,
Store dry and cool for max. 5 days in the seal
packaging. Protect from direct sunlight and strong smells.

Storage
Deep frost ‐18°C ‐ best before date on packaging. May not
refreeze after thawing.
