Description
Delicious little profiteroles made with water pastry dough. Creamy filling with a core of salted caramel and coated with salted chocolate flavor. A heavenly little piece of cake.
Application
Do not refreeze after thawing. Take what you want
number of frozen profiteroles from the package and arrange
them on a plate. Let them thaw for about 30 minutes. by
room temperature or 2 hours in the refrigerator. Durability after
Thawing 3 days in refrigerator.
Storage
Deep frost ‐18°C ‐ best before date on packaging. May not
refreeze after thawing.
